1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Nirvan AI mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the application.

2. Subscriptions

Nirvan AI offers auto-renewing monthly subscriptions ("Premium Monthly") that grant you unlimited access to AI coaching features.

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Account Charged: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the application for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the application.

4. EULA

Your use of Nirvan AI is also governed by the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
